Fitness Friday 9/12

So this post is a day late again, I know, but here it is! My Achilles still hurts when I walk sometimes but I’ve been surviving my runs now! Running has literally been saving me from all of the stress I feel from work. I was super stressed out Wednesday and halfway through my run I already felt 100 times better. Exercise is seriously your best friend when you are stressed out. Well here was my week:

Sunday the 7th in suburbia (mainly grass), I ran 40 minutes with the bestie Aiko. It was nice to have a running buddy again.

Half marathon training on September 7th

Monday the 8th in suburbia (mainly grass), I ran 40 minutes again. I did loops for days around two parks by my house. Boring but necessary.

September 8th half marathon training

Tuesday the 9th I did this Tabata workout. You know how I feel about these lovely ladies and their wonderful Tabata workouts!

Wednesday the 9th in suburbia (mainly grass), I ran 40 minutes for the third time this week. I messed up the timer on my watch a little but this is the gist of what I ran….

September 10th half marathon training

Friday the 10th in suburbia (mainly grass), I ran 40 minutes for the last time. Esteban was nice enough to bike along side me for about 12 or 13 loops around the park. I didn’t wear my GPS watch so you won’t be able to see my splits. Sorry!
